There has been some input to Council about having an electronic option available for voting. Council intends to look at this issue from both a short and long-term perspective.

In the short term. If you are traveling and there isn't an option for you to get your mail (forwarded) in time to vote within the 20 and 30 day time frames - then you can get set up to vote via email directly through Home Office: probowhunters@roadrunner.com
or by calling 704-664-2534.

In the long term. We will need to review the voting/election By Law and review other templates for e-voting that could fit with our system, but we are not ready yet - haven't even yet seen an initiative to put before the voting membership in regards to e-voting...so stay tuned on this topic.

Thanks, Jim
~On behalf of Council~

What are the actual deadline dates for returning ballots? I am traveling, and having our mail sent down every couple of weeks. I just received a batch yesterday with nothing from pbs, so it will be a couple more weeks before i get another batch.
I might need to take advantage of this option?

I'll check with my daughter and see if its there and have her forward it right away. If not, I'll get it done by email. One way or another, I will make sure it gets counted.
Thanks Jim.

If I need to vote by email can the ballot and questions be emailed to me? Do I just contact the office at the address above?

Well that was easy. Ballot received, completed, and returned, and my dues renewal is on its way by regular mail.

The only difficult part was completing the election ballot. All good people who would each do a wonderful job for PBS. I wish there were an option for "All Of The Above" There are no losers on that ballot. Just a few guys who didn't win.
Thank you to each of the candidates who stepped up.
