From my daughter and her fine husband. How appropriate!

I took advantage of some Cabela's sales items to get my son some stuff so we can go stump shooting and such, without ruining his regular clothes. I even bought him some orange, because I'm actually more afraid of loosing him because he's camo'd than the chances of being shot. He began his stalking training by blending in with our rug.

Ha! Yeah, I guess there's a difference between "Youth" sizes and "Kids" sizes. But he'll grow into it. Fast.

KD, I got the same book on smoking meat that you did. I even used it today to do three racks of back ribs to be given as Christmas presents when the gang of old guys gets together next week. I look forward to reading all the in depth explanations on smoking meat. I think a brisket is up next.

Here is my favorite Christmas photo, my son Hunter used to follow me in the woods all the time, shooting and hunting with me, right up until he was 12 years old. Then sports really took over, and he hadn't shot in 6 years. Christmas morning he asked me to string up his bow, an older Kodiak Mag he won at Shanwn Leonard's Bunny Hunt 6 years ago. I couldn't brace it fast enough......here he is Christmas morning on our back deck, he is 18 now.......
