Starting with David K's great treestand discussion, for every discussion topic initiated on our website I am going to throw the person's name in a hat for a surprise Christmas present. The item I have is pretty cool, take my word on it. Maybe I'll display it as we go along.

I will make the call on the topic and put the person's name in the hat somewhere from one to five times depending on how interesting and valuable the topic. For example David's will for sure get five entries as it is something important that we really need to be talking about. Steve H. is not eligible for this prize.

We'll actually run this past Christmas thru New Years Eve.

Ready, set , GO!

Are you going to monitor other pages for new, useful post or just the campfire?

We ended up with one extra CRKT knife from the Cincinnati contests. Who will receive this awesome Christmas present?

Congratulations Gary!
It had been gray to see the uptick in activity here. The promo was a nice little nudge, and I hope we can keep that momentum going.

Is it possible to move some of the membership hunt threads over here? There is a good story unfolding in AZ right now in that forum and I'm guessing that a lot of people don't check that forum very often unless they are part of a hunt.

Sika? Any good stories? Tell a good story and I'll run some rare February Alaskan rain on your knife before I send it for good (?) luck!

Because of my solid work ethic I haven't gotten to the Post Office while it was open for days. I actually took a lunch break today and went there during open hours, knife is now in the mail!
