I've been running my whitetail bootcamp educational sessions for about ten years now. I've donated a couple freebies to PBS in the past. I did not donate one at the last banquet because I didn't know for sure if I'd physically be able to do them. But frankly I feel better this fall than I did last year. So now I feel guilty for not contributing. So here's what I'm going to do, I'm going to offer a freebie to any PBS member who would like to put their name in the hat. Just email me at: barrywensel@hotmail.com and use the code word "PBS" in your request. I'll put your name in the hat for a free drawing February 2, 2015 (Groundhog Day). The winner will get one entire bootcamp package which includes the entire three day session, all meals and lodging in a great host lodge facility in south/central Iowa. Travel expenses are not included. Dates will be: March 19-20-21, 2015; March 26-27-28, 2015; and April 9-10-11, 2015. All basic information regarding the weekend is available on our website at: http://www.brothersofthebow.com and listed on the menu. Or if you need a hard brochure just send me your USPS mailing address at the Hotmail account above. Best of luck to all. BW

Thank you UB! That is a very generous offer and one that a lucky PBS member will benefit greatly from.

Glad you are feeling good. It's tough getting old, but far better than the alternative! :)

I might have messed up. Gene suggested I not just give it away via a drawing but should have given it to the guy who signed up the most new PBS members. Too late now. Oh well. bw

Glad to hear you're feeling better Barry...

Celebrating birthdays is not as much fun as it used to be.

What he is NOT telling you about boot camp is the morning exercises before heading to the woods... 1 mile run and 50 pushups.

Great offer. I would love to enter, but the Heart Dr's are thinking about butting an auto jump start unit in my chest in the next little while. Don't know when, but better hold off for now.
I'll bet it would be as much fun as hunting and shooting with the Holbrooks!

Very generous of Barry!

BTW, recently I went thru EVERY issue of PBS magazine (that I could find) since I joined in 1993 and of all the contributions for our Magazine, Barry had MORE than anyone else (except brother Gene had the same number).

Thanks for years of contributions to make PBS great!

Thank God you are turning into a geezer and suffer from CRS syndrome. You DID contribute one of your boot camps at the Cinci Gathering...it was part of the Pack of Dreams and I am 99% sure the "other" Larry Fischer from Wisconsin called me from the Bootcamp and said how great it was...make sure you put that donation on your taxes...let me know if you need a receipt!

I can put my name in the hat, right?
